Overview

DVC Sales is a real estate company that exclusively resells Disney Vacation Club memberships. They were looking for fresh, new content for their website and to get active on social media. The company had used various blog writers and digital marketers in the past but were unable to find someone who understood their audience and could accurately communicate their tone. As a Cast Member at Walt Disney World for 10 years, I was able to use my experience to create content that resonated with their target audience. 

Process

I performed keyword research and created SEO-optimized blogs and website content. I implemented a plan to redo and refresh their Facebook and Instagram accounts to get them active again. This included changing cover photos, optimizing bio pages, flushing out inaccurate or outdated information, and regularly posting new content. I also focused on organic audience growth strategies to build their audience, especially on Instagram.

Outcome

By creating and consistently posting content, the business began to get noticed on both Facebook and Instagram. Their audience grew, and consistent SEO-optimized blog posting allowed for DVC Sales to keep up with their competition in a highly niched market. Much of this growth happened when the Disney parks were closed during the coronavirus pandemic.
